HELEN E CHAMBERS

Helen Chambers is a London-based abstract artist. She graduated from Winchester School of Art in 1995 with a BA Hons in Printed Textile Design and went on to enjoy a long successful career creating artwork for fabric prints.

In 2020 her interest in painting started to develop and she took several art courses. Her work has been selected by Saatchi Art’s Chief Curator three times for ‘New This Week’. She exhibits and sells regularly through online platforms and five galleries  around south England. 

‘My work is an intuitive exploration of memory and emotions. Painting for me is about freedom and expressing my inner world . Through layered paint, mark-making and texture I explore the unknown journey abstract can takes me on. Inspired by nature’s beauty and its ever-changing forms, I create spaces that invite reflection and emotion for the viewer.’
